Entry Requirements & Information

The theme for 2010 will be " The Orient Express "

There are great opportunities to express yourself over a wide range of fashions from 1920 – 1939. We will have our own models to wear your designs. Remember the measurements we have supplied for the fit we are looking for. Please let me know in advance if you require a model of a different size and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Make sure the changes can be quick and easy for the models and the garment contruction practical.

All entries must be a total concept , you must have all the pieces for the look you are wanting to achieve. Eg . you may want
a hat with accessories for the dress you design, or a jacket and skirt with hat and gloves. Note- please state what
footwear you would like worn with your garment and we will do our best to find. You can also supply your own for the
models. Make sure head wear or hats are easy to fit and keep on for models to wear.

Please make sure there is a fabric label on the inside of your entry. All pieces must be labelled including
accessories. The label must include your Name, Address, Section entered, and Garment title.
Please supply a photograph of your garment to show how it must be worn for the show
and any relevant detail. Supplying a box for your accessories to go into is a great idea and helps us to keep track of each piece.

I want to make mention of any special accessories that you may want shown with your garment, eg furs, jewellery, headwear, that have value. Please make sure you do have them insured and valued.Special care will be taken to look after them, however I would prefer them in my care for as short a time as possible.Delivery and pickup need to be communicated with us as to what you require.
